Technology and craftsmanship: our production process
The production process is a balance between advanced technology and craftsmanship. It all starts with the arrival of the yarns, which are treated with extreme care to maintain the integrity of the material. The processing areas are designed to optimise efficiency and precision at every stage. Weaving takes place in large spaces equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, capable of detecting even the smallest imperfections. Subsequently, each fabric undergoes careful quality control. After this phase, the fabrics proceed to the dyeing process, where they are colored and finished, resulting in the final product ready for use.
Our Commitment to Quality
Quality control is a constant priority: in a dedicated lab, the first cuts of each new fabric are analysed by specialised staff to verify strength and elasticity, ensuring that the required standards are met. After weaving, the products undergo a further check in the reprocessing department, where they pass under the specialized scanners for final inspection.
Only after approval are the products sent to the warehouse and ready for shipment.
